An Unexpected Friday Night
What a week. I wrote previously on our neighbor-dog Cocoa moving away, things have been quite emotional.
What I have not mentioned is that our oldest dog Hannah (13 yo chocolate lab) has been dealing with a couple of bladder tumors and what we think has been a tumor in the nasal passage/sinus cavity area. She has been doing amazingly well, we have gotten her energy back to that of a puppy and she has begun gaining weight.
Today a curveball was thrown at us. I took Hannah and Sophie for a walk down a snowy path off of our road. We had a great time in the fresh foot of falling snow.
When we came back Hannah started sneazing and then followed with an uncotrollable nose bleed. We had to take her outside and with the white ladscape of fresh snow, her nose contributes resembled more of a crime scene. There was blood every where and she continued for a couple of hours.
We then thought of multi pollen (a wonderful nutrient to strengthen mucous membranes as well as the endocrine system). After a few doses we began to see a break.
Right now she is wrapped up comfortably sleeping in our master bathroom with pads all over the floor.
Thank you multipollen and feel better Hannah!
