Yes tragic, and yes, unjust.  A young man who dosed a lethal combination of drugs. 

Obviously he had a problem(s), though a larger problem to look at here is not only the doctors and pharmacies irresponsibility in this matter, but the power that these chemicals have to take a life.

This is not uncommon, it happens every day, it’s just when it happens to a public figure that it becomes a matter of attention.
