Man this guy can give us content. If you havent read our posts on Dr Jarvik and his commericals for Lipitor or even our take on the whole chlosterol game as well as the harms of statin drugs like Lipitor, it seems Dr Jarvik had used a “stunt” double in the row boat in the commericals.
Either he is affraid of the water, doesnt want to get himself dirty or wet, or doesnt have the muscle strength and mitochondrial power (ie-statins propensity to deplete co q 10) to row the boat himself.

Some 500 years or so ago, Christopher Columbus was arguing with the Queen of Spain that the world was round and not flat.
To prove this point he got a few ships, some deckhands and set out to prove himself correct.
Now, at this time, the whole world generally believed that the world was flat and you can sale right off the end of it. That is a pretty wild belief, believed by many…and totally incorrect.
What beliefs in regards to health are thrust upon us that are totally incorrect, but only spread by mal-interested parties?
How about beliefs on healing, what is possible, if we are diagnosed with a disease is this a death sentence?
How about vaccinations? Are they fallable, can they cause harm? Do they even work?
There is not enough research to prove nutrition works! This is a statement I have heard conveyed a number of times..have you? Who has said this? Have they done their research, and for that matter, if the are a health care professional, how often do they research studies, I mean research, not just reading the abstract. Thats like getting through college on cliff notes, yes it will get you buy, but you never can pull out the essence or in the case of research studies, the truth of what lies within.
Beliefs are very powerful. Question the beliefs you feel are not serving you optimally, yours and others. Use beliefs in your favor, if you have not yet, download the 3 free chapters to our book, www.healthwarriorbook.com You will find a core belief questionairre that might enlighten certain beliefs that are holding you back in your health.

An article in the NY times mentions a study that has been partially halted due to the findings that there were 54 more deaths in a group whose blood sugar levels have been kept lower than those that were not.
I am not going to go into who said what and what was said, but basically, the researchers were shocked!
It was noted that everything they have always believed was shot down, considering that it was believed that lower blood sugar led to less issues of heart disease, etc.
So, lets piece this apart.
We know:
Diabetes, or elevated blood sugar, type I or type II, is proven to often be a toxicity or infection of the pancreas.
If we are lowering blood sugar levels only without treating the cause, (i.e.-blood sugar lowering drugs, or even nutrients) than we are only treating the effect, NOT the cause.
So, if someone has elevated blood sugar, and there is a weakness, infection or toxicity at the pancreas or related organ, and we are only “ushering” the sugar out of the blood by a variety of ways WITHOUT strengthening, detoxifying, or treating the infection, than we are fooling ourselves that we are doing good.
This I have to say is exactly what happened in this study.
What we also have to ask is, what med’s were the individuals on? If the group with the lower blood sugar were on chemical medications that the body treats as a foreign substance, or cause drug induced nutrient depletions, could we guess that it was the medications that led to the larger number of deaths? Possibly.
For more information on a balanced view of addressing diabets, see our aricle on Diabetes.

If this is not an post for Rexodus, I dont know what is.
Yes tragic, and yes, unjust. A young man who dosed a lethal combination of drugs.
Obviously he had a problem(s), though a larger problem to look at here is not only the doctors and pharmacies irresponsibility in this matter, but the power that these chemicals have to take a life.
This is not uncommon, it happens every day, it’s just when it happens to a public figure that it becomes a matter of attention.

A lot of us have that perverbial achilles heal. Mine is my lower back. Yes, years ago I have had surgery on it and if you have read any of my work that speaks of this, you will see it was a tremendous learning experience, I would not trade the experience because it is part of why I am doing what I am doing now.
Let us look at “achilles heals” in regards to inteference fields. A lot of people have that one place on their body that always goes out. Some times this “achilles heal” will travel, once they get one part fixed, wham, shows up somewhere else. This case is a little deaper thatn this post is intended to go, but we recommend you check out our book Health Warrior, Secrets to Conquering the Inner Game of Health for more info.
An interference field is a depolarized or weakened area to do some sort of trauma, can be physical or emotional.
The thing is, the longer this area is not addressed, it not only becomes weaker, but it will begin to take down other areas of the body. For instance, my lower back surgery, if not addressed will continue to take out my adrenals. If my adrenals continue to go out, my immune system and overall hormonal system becomes challenged. What can this lead to further down the line?
Do you have an achilles heal? If so, please, dont just write it off, it is much greater than you might think that it is.

The above title is a saying that we have on our wall at our pharmacy, and yes we believe it to be true. When you think of happiness, what comes to mind? Health? Wealth? Relationships?
Please, do not ignore your health. Do not say, I’ll take care of it later, because sometimes later is just too late.
Your health is a treasure and a gift, treat it as such and it will treat you back.

Ok, if you have been keeping up on our posts you have seen that we have had a bit of an emotional week. A lot of changes around the ol’ homestead…and yes we are dog lovers.
A few weeks ago we began remediation of our home via RT’s which are small little torroids that actually make the negative energy coming from the outside as well as being created in the inside of the home, beneficial. We have also added yantras which are in essense sacred geometic shapes that balance ones living and work space to the vedic astrological system and bring things in accordance to the pursha mandal as recognized in vastu (see Royal Pyramid of Health)
Right after this things started happening, and no we are not believers in coincidence.
We have lost 2 dogs, one moved away with her family, and our beloved family pet Hannah passed on. Many might look at this and say, “stop the remediation, seems like only negative things are happening.” Well, as emotional things have been, change is inevitable and both of these situations would have eventually happened. Being that they were in the same week, we have to question if the remediation work and Vastu, has actually brought everything together in a “divine timing.”
In addition we have had a number of very exciting opportunites present themselves, so we would have to say that in every death (actual or relationship), there is a rebirth. Keep in touch with us becuase Hannah has inspired an incredible opportunity for others dealing with such loss’.

What a week. I wrote previously on our neighbor-dog Cocoa moving away, things have been quite emotional.
What I have not mentioned is that our oldest dog Hannah (13 yo chocolate lab) has been dealing with a couple of bladder tumors and what we think has been a tumor in the nasal passage/sinus cavity area. She has been doing amazingly well, we have gotten her energy back to that of a puppy and she has begun gaining weight.
Today a curveball was thrown at us. I took Hannah and Sophie for a walk down a snowy path off of our road. We had a great time in the fresh foot of falling snow.
When we came back Hannah started sneazing and then followed with an uncotrollable nose bleed. We had to take her outside and with the white ladscape of fresh snow, her nose contributes resembled more of a crime scene. There was blood every where and she continued for a couple of hours.
We then thought of multi pollen (a wonderful nutrient to strengthen mucous membranes as well as the endocrine system). After a few doses we began to see a break.
Right now she is wrapped up comfortably sleeping in our master bathroom with pads all over the floor.
Thank you multipollen and feel better Hannah!
