The Uncomfortable “Comfort Zone”

Monday, March 31st, 2008

I think it is common that many people fall into their comfort zone.  Although how comfortable is it really?

Do they love their job, their financial compensation, their relationships, or even where they live, geographically speaking.

We often create this world around us to get by, if we are not undergoing a tremendous amount of pain, then we really dont find much of a reason to move forward.

Pain is a tremendous motivator, but so is utopia.

I am not going to ask you to look within your pains right now to find that reason why to make a change.  Instead, I would like you to think about what you really want in life.  How do you want your health to be?  Where would you like to live?  Whom would you like to be living and associating with?  What would you be doing and how much money would you be making?

Lets go for Utopia, and keep in mind when we undergo change from what we are familiar with, we might sense a feeling of discomfort.  Embrace the change, and know it is to allow in the greatest things that life has to offer….whatever that might meen to you.
