Lives In The Balance

I found this verse very apporpriate in regards to the way the business of disease management is carried out in our country. Yes, Jackson Browne wrote this about war, which is also very appropriate for today. Taking it word by word is hauntingly appropriate for the disease mangement system as well.

HW Says: Are there those in control, pulling the strings for the benefit of themselves or a powerful few? Is there a MO geared for more than just financial profit?
“I want to hear somebody asking them why”
HW Says: Have we become this passive to easily believe without questioning the WHYS behind treatment plans, vaccination policies, etc. This is our health, do your research, question what does not seem to be right. Get in touch with your intuition.
“but they are never the ones who will fight and to die”
HW Says: Do you feel it is an even playing field? Do you think they subscribe to the same level of care? Maybe there is a filtering of health information that comes to the general public through the media that they actually know the truth about, that the public essentially falls victim to?
